Health and Safety at Work fundamental right of all / La Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo derecho fundamental de todas y todos
Abstract
Reflecting the consensus on the social importance of healthy work in June 2022 the 110th session of the International Labor Conference adopted a Resolution on the inclusion of a safe and healthy work environment in the ILO framework relating to the principles and fundamental rights at work. As expressed in Agreement 187 - Agreement on the promotional framework for safety and health at work, 2006.
