At this time, new opportunities for the development of occupational health in our country are being presented, as new work-related health problems begin to be identified that emerge in multiple places.
The opportunities open with changes in labor regulations and the possibility of updating the Federal Labor Law in its content of risk prevention and integral promotion of workers' health, this must be promoted and managed before the different labor authorities.
The problems are linked to changes in user service schemes, the increase in workloads in the different services provided to the population and the impacts on workers' extra-labor life.
This issue presents documents on the Present, future and challenges of the intervention of psychosocial factors and mental health and the necessary interaction between experts and the audience allowed us to propose a series of aspects of intervention and comprehensive management of psychosocial risk.
