Abstract
In 2018 the STPS issued the official standard NOM-035-STPS-2018, Psychosocial risk factors at work-Identification, analysis and prevention (STPS, 2018) in which psychosocial risk factors (FRP) are defined, establishing the bases for the identification, measurement, analysis, the realization of measures of prevention and actions of control of the FRP, of the labor violence and the promotion of the favorable organizational environment. Therefore, this work intends to analyze this norm as part of the legislation regarding psychosocial risk factors.
