Identification of psychosocial risk factors in workers of a company that manufactures cleaning products in Jalisco
Abstract
Los factores de riesgo psicosocial son todas las condiciones que se encuentran dentro del centro de trabajo que tienen la capacidad de afectar el desarrollo del trabajo y la salud de los trabajadores y que tienen una relación directa con la organización del trabajo, con el contenido de puesto, con la realización de tareas y con el entorno. El objetivo es identificar los factores de riesgo psicosocial en 80 trabajadores de empresa de limpieza de Jalisco mediante estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal mediante análisis descriptivo de frecuencia, obteniendo 85% de afectación en nivel alto y 25% en muy alto y 51.25% en nivel de riesgo muy alto en organización del tiempo de trabajo, se concluye que los trabajadores deben de distribuir sus tiempos entre familia y trabajo
