Case report: Ischemic Heart Disease and Depression and Telecommuting / Reporte de caso: Cardiopatía isquémica y Depresión y Teletrabajo

Resumen

The notion of telecommuting arose in the 1970s with the proposal of the physicist Jack Nilles in relation to the moderate use of oil, however, the age of the internet and information and communications technology were yet to emerge and begin their global expansion, until the 2000s teleworking began to have its traces in political, economic and social matters. During the pandemic, the massive change in modality produced new case studies to the detection of work-related illnesses, including the relationship between psychosocial risk factors with repercussions on the cardiovascular system as new fields. Therefore, the purpose of this case report is the integration of psychosocial risk factors, heart disease and remote work.
