Sleep-Awake Cycle Alteration and Its Impact on Aeronautical Technical Personnel / Alteración en el ciclo sueño-vigilia y sus repercusiones en personal técnico aeronáutico
Abstract
Los factores de riesgo psicosocial son aquellas condiciones que se encuentran presentes en una situación laboral relacionadas con la organización, contenido de trabajo y la realización de la tarea. Tienen el potencial de causar daño psicológico, físico o social en los trabajadores (Collarte et al., 2020).
Los sobrecargos de aviación están expuestos a jornadas laborales mayores a 8 horas, con pernoctas en puntos intermedios o finales por hasta 14 días en múltiples ciudades. Este puesto exige un patrón de respuesta efectiva a emergencias médicas y civiles, así como trato efectivo a pasajeros (Feijo, Luiz y Camara 2014). Las jornadas extenuantes con mínimo descanso y recuperación, en combinación con la fatiga, causan desequilibrio en las capacidades de la persona para manejar y responder las actividades laborales y finalmente generar la presentación de psicopatologías (Moreno, 2011).
