Technostress, a technological risk factor? / Tecnoestrés ¿un factor de riesgo tecnológico?
Abstract
En la actualidad la creciente implementación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en diferentes áreas laborales ha generado el tecnoestrés como riesgo emergente, con consecuencias negativas en el trabajador; lo que hace necesario el conocimiento y manejo correcto del término tecnoestrés por los diferentes profesionales involucrados, que permita su identificación, prevención y consecuencias.
