Abstract
El presentismo laboral es cuando los trabajadores acuden a su jornada laboral, presentando algún padecimiento o enfermedad que normalmente obligaría a ausentarse de su trabajo, sin alcanzar de modo eficiente la realización de sus funciones ni la productividad esperada. La epidemia mundial por el virus SARS-CoV2 impactó a nivel mundial a los trabajadores, las empresas y los procesos de producción, aunque hubo sectores económicos que no cesaron la producción. El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar las evidencias científicas reportadas y los factores asociados al presentismo laboral durante y posterior a la pandemia por COVID-19.
