Factors that generate work stress and health repercussions / Factores que generan estrés laboral y las repercusiones de salud
Abstract
Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) indica que existen cambios que se producen en los campos laborales, desarrollando nuevos problemas en los sistemas laborales; afectando la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores. Uno de éstos es el estrés laboral, considerado como una epidemia en la salud laboral del siglo XXI; en México ocupa el primer lugar, superando a China y Estados Unidos.El estrés es la causa principal de ausentismo y sus efectos negativos provocan trastornos o enfermedades complejas como úlcera, asma, hipertensión y trastornos cardiovasculares, estados depresivos, ansiedad, entre otros (OMS 2015; OCDE 2019; OIT 2020).
Objetivo: Identificar los factores que desencadenan el estrés laboral y la repercusión en la salud.
