Resumen

Introduction: The purpose of the research is to understand the work environment and thus contribute to a transformative and increasingly productive attitude in the business environment, resulting in a window of opportunity for forms of measurement that can determine the environment and the ideal conditions for the workers. workers conduct their work with the greatest results.

Method: A field study was conducted in a private company in 2021. It had a fleet of fifty tractor-trailers and each one had its own operator, a questionnaire was applied to them with the SurveyMonkey platform with nine questions, and only forty answered. operators, which we considered the trips they made to various places of the Mexican Republic.

Results: By operationalizing the 440 responses that the survey yielded, they were analyzed, and it was determined that 52.50% of the respondents are very pressured when conducting their activity. Also, when the employer asks them to deliver the trip earlier than planned, another notable fact is that the operator has an important level of concern about reaching the destination.
