Clinical case: ear barotrauma in diver fisherman from Chicxulub, Yucatán / Caso clínico: barotrauma ótico en un buzo pescador de Chicxulub, Yucatán
Abstract
El barotrauma ótico afecta aproximadamente al 65% de los buzos (Livingstone, 2017) por la dificultad de equilibrar la presión entre el oído medio y el ambiente; como factores de riesgo es el buceo con descompresor y la inadecuada capacitación en la técnica de buceo en pescadores de Yucatán.
Trabajador de 35 años con diagnóstico de Hipertensión Arterial Sistémica en 2020 sin tratamiento, tabaquismo de 5 años a razón de 5 cigarros/día.
