Pay satisfaction and turnover intent of workers: a systematic review / Satisfacción salarial e intención de rotación de trabajadores: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

Introduction: There does not seem to be enough formal information that relates personnel turnover in companies to the salary satisfaction of their employees. That is why this research aimed to answer if there is a relationship between these variables.

Method: a search was conducted in Google Academic for articles that contained the keywords considered.

Results: A total of thirty related articles published between 1985 and 2021. Only five of the thirty articles address the relationship between both variables, reporting a relationship between salary satisfaction and workers' turnover intention
